New Uchiha Genjutsu-Based Verb

Suggestion Name : Lock-Eyes
Type : Jutsu
Information : Basically, it's going to be a lot like Sai teleport, only this is restricted to linear-targeting. You can get into a linear path while your enemy is looking at you, and activate this. It will show "You have made eye contact with (Name)." Later on, like Sai teleport, you can influence a genjutsu. This would awaked the not-so-used Genjutsu that is already starting to infect us. This could bring about so many different uses it's not even funny. Several genjutsu moves could be made, including stuns, homings, and anything else you can think of!

Nice idea spev just a addition to your suggestion maybe we could have that geniutsu reverse jutsu that itachi used (example: reverse tsukiyomi when someone uses it on you

I like the idea of genjutsu have a "mark" jutsu, maybe a mastery genjutsu can be added where it allows the user to know where that person is can be told where the person is until that person dies.
