(RESOLVED) Changing Mangekyou a bit

Suggestion Name:Mangekyou, The ULTIMATE Genjutsu eye
Type:Boost Change
Detailed Information:Mangekyou is supposed to be the ultimate form of a genjutsu eye, or somewhat before Eternal that is, so why is it that genjutsu is barely boosted? Ninjutsu is booster higher....I will not complain about the health boost seeing as that is fair, but the Genjutsu boost is totally not legit, I suggest making it the same as the chakra boost. Thus making it known that it is the ultimate genjutsu eye afterall.

I like the idea of increasing genjutsu boost seeing how it Sharingan's a genjutsu dou. By the way how much chakra does mangekyou give you?
